Tears

On Friday a friend and I discussed our weekend plans - St Valentine's day and such. We have worked together much over the years, bonding over shoveling mud from stream beds, hiking across fields of hay in the sun and rain, sharing stories from the past and hopes and dreams for the future. This morning I learned that my good friend and co-worker died Monday, at the age of 36. He was a good man, he will be missed.
